About This Project
The farmhouse is nestled on the tranquil outskirts of Ahmedabad. The site is generously spread across a lush green expanse, bordered by dense vegetation that creates a serene buffer from the surrounding environment. Each structure is designed with a unique architectural language to enrich the overall experience. The house design reflects a neo-classical style with its symmetrical form, arched openings, and columned portico. The club building adopts a European style, characterized by its terracotta-tiled sloping roof, stuccoed walls, and rhythmic arched windows. The office follows an organic modernist style, defined by its fluid, curvilinear shell structure and minimalistic form. The blend of clean modern finishes with traditional classical elements creates a sense of elegance and timelessness. A winding pathway guides visitors through the manicured lawns, creating visual connection between entrance and the building. The landscape is not just decorative; it’s immersive, with strategically placed trees, shrubs, and garden features that enhance both the privacy and beauty.
The clubhouse is designed in a European classical style, defined by its symmetrical massing and refined elements. The facade is characterized by prominent arched windows set with invertical bays, and is crowned by a distinctive sloping tile roof. The design incorporates subtle detailed ornamentation and mouldings around the openings, giving the structure an elegant, timeless appearance.
The ferro-cement structure embodies fluid architecture through its free-flowing concrete form and seamless curves that eliminate rigid boundaries. Designed as a continuous shell, it integrates walls, roof, and openings into one organic surface, creating a sense of movement and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The house exhibits neoclassical architectural style, characterized by its symmetrical facade and formal entrance. The entrance portico is defined by grand arches and columns which opensto large windows and double heighted door. It features detailed cornice ornamentation and mouldings that cap the structure, contrasting with the smooth, light-colored walls.
