The forest resort is located in the Abu Road region, a picturesque setting defined by a dramatic mountain backdrop and mature tree cover. Spanning approximately 127,840 square meters,the site offers generous scope for a nature-integrated resort development. Surrounded by agricultural land and small settlements such as Tartoli and Khadat, the location provides asecluded yet accessible environment, ensuring tranquility while remaining well connected.
The design emphasizes privacy and immersion in nature, with cottages and suites discreetly nestled within existing foliage. Recreational and activity spaces are thoughtfully dispersedacross the site to encourage exploration and seamless access, rather than being concentrated in a single zone. Key amenities include a Spa and Wellness Centre, an Infinity Pool integratedwith a restaurant, a signature Tree Bar and Restaurant, and dedicated play areas for children. Meandering walking trails guide guests through lush landscapes, connecting features such asa gazebo with a lily pond, event lawns, and fire and gathering spaces.
The master planning approach prioritizes sensitive site integration and minimal disturbance to the existing forest ecosystem. Built forms are strategically positioned in response to naturaltopography, views, and vegetation, ensuring visual harmony, privacy, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
The resort’s environment is defined by understated luxury inspired by nature. A cohesive architectural language, material palette, and spatial sequencing establish a distinct brand identityrooted in exclusivity, serenity, and a deep connection to the forest. Iconic elements such as the Tree Bar and Restaurant, the infinity pool with integrated dining, and the Spa and WellnessCentre serve as memorable brand touchpoints.
Landscape architecture forms the backbone of the resort’s design philosophy. Existing trees and native vegetation are preserved and enhanced to strengthen ecological balance and visualcontinuity. Conceived as an active, experiential layer, the landscape features a network of walking trails linking key destinations across the site, including wellness zones, communalgathering spaces, children’s play areas, and event lawns. Strategic planting ensures privacy for cottages while framing views and creating intimate, immersive outdoor experiences.
